尹夏沫（黃燦燦飾）和洛熙（嚴禹豪飾）因同是孤兒的身份讓彼此互相吸引。但深愛夏沫的男朋友歐辰（羅仲謙飾）爲了分開兩人，把洛熙送到英國留學。夏沫的養父母在送其弟尹澄去醫院的路上出車禍死去，夏沫悲痛欲絕，將一切怪罪於歐辰，從而導致他出車禍喪失了記憶。　　五年後洛熙成了超級天王巨星，夏沫與他重新相遇再續前緣。但一切隨着歐辰恢復記憶而崩塌，爲了搶回夏沫，他以把腎給小澄作爲條件。爲了弟弟，夏沫選擇了歐辰，卻導致婚禮的當天，絕望的洛熙自殺身亡。而無意間得知真相的小澄，在上手術檯的前一刻堅持拒絕接受手術。悲痛於洛熙的自殺，愧疚於歐辰的深情，本就備受內心煎熬的夏沫，再也無法接受小澄病逝的打擊，支撐不住的她，陷入了與世隔絕的自我封閉狀態……
